Mesrine: L’instinct de mort. I need to see more movies with Vincent Cassel. The guy is awesome. This one is the first of a two-parter about a real French gangster/bank robber and it’s great. No CGI silliness. No melodrama silliness. Just a magnetic, unhinged sort of guy going about his dirty business. Good stuff. Looking forward to the second part when it arrives.
